About the Author
Caroline Idiens is a 51-year-old mum of two and personal trainer from Berkshire who has taken the world of online fitness by storm - or, more specifically, by dumbbells and strength training. Caroline spent her 20s thinking that exercise was a punishment, not a privilege. At 29-years-old, Caroline trained as a PT, and gone were the taxing hours of cardio, replaced instead by strength training and the positive effects it has. When lockdown hit, Caroline decided to share the benefits of women's strength training and the Caroline's Circuits community was born. Caroline's Circuits is an international online members program that focuses on 30-minute strength workouts from the comfort of your own home and is supported by 612K followers on Instagram @carolinescircuits. Caroline and her community have been featured in Marie Claire, Women's Fitness, Women's Health, The Telegraph, The Sun, Goodhousekeeping, and many more.
