Things I didn't expect when I ordered it: -The seat is redder than I imagined -The metal structure is shipped in one piece (the box is large and sturdy for anyone with children or pets) -The seat does not have pilot holes, and I believe the screws are wide enough to make those necessary (no problem for anyone with access to a drill) -The frame is pretty light

I bought six of these chairs almost 3 yrs ago and I'm very satisfied. They're sturdy and the design is simple but presentable. I've had chairs of other make before that the welds came apart easy. That's the main reason why I've searched you on the internet again and bought 4 recently. I'll definitely pass the word to my friends and family to go to your place if they need a satisfying experience of owning your product. Your engineering design of these particular chairs is awesome. It's perfect. Durable. Reasonably affordable. Thank you for having them.

The chairs were nice and fairly easy to assemble, the only problem was one was scratched and dented some but I did not want the hassle of contacting company to send back and then the shipping costs, etc.
Exactly what I wanted for the table size I have.
