I purchased 4 of these chairs a few weeks age and received them in a relative short time. They are great. Very sturdy. Customer service has been excellent! Had a small problem with some machining chatter marks on the seats. Called customer service, sent them a couple of pictures and had a new seat with in a week.

It took three months for our chairs to arrive. Communication during the three months was non-existent. When finally delivered they were just set in the driveway with no notification of arrival. They were packed in lots of wrapping, but despite that they all had places where the paint was scraped off the metal. They were easy to assemble and look just as we expected. If ordering pay attention to the height of the chairs. They are low.

Purchase new kitchen chairs. No issues whatsoever. Will buy from the company again. Only small issue was that my 4 chairs came in 2 packages on 2 separate days. The rods only showed 1 box shipment. Called and they were very helpful. I have referred this company to several of my friends.

You can’t beat these chairs for the money. Nice looking, and sturdy. The backs are pretty low, but comfortable. The company was great - quick delivery, no issues. Chairs arrived packed really well. Will definitely buy from again.

Seat color is significantly lighter than picture—go by wood name not picture. Cam in huge box mostly assembled—at that point it should just come assembled. Bought for kitchen and planned to by more—-probably won’t

Quick delivery. Wrapped well. Only gave 4 stars because 1 chair had small dent and 1 chair had small rust stain on leg. Neither was bad enough to return. I bought these for my kitchen table. They are heavy, but that is what I wanted. Overall, I'll think they'll last a while.

I bought 4 of these initially in hopes they would work for what I was going for (sturdy, overall nice dinner chair, pricing, etc). I was a bit skeptical at first because of the price as you never seem to get everything you want in a purchase, but I was pleasantly surprised these were so sturdy and still have an elegant look to them. They come with the baseboard/seat (not as red as I would've thought the cherry wood would be) and 4 screws to put them together. I bought two more to put around my dining room table. These 6 chairs have lasted me 6 months so far and haven't got scuffed up or loosened up in any kind of way. Hoping they continue in that pattern for years to come.
