This rolling pin is the preferred tool for chegs for rolling out thin piecrust. Slender and light, this tapered pin easily pivots to create a perfect round of pastry. Crafted from solid rock maple to ensure a lifetime of use for the home baker and the professional chef. Handcrafted from select hardwoods. Sanded flawlessly smooth. 20"L x 1-1/2"OD, 3/4 lb. Care and Cleaning: Wipe with damp cloth. Do not wash in dishwasher or submerge in water. To Season: Moisten a soft cloth with a quarter-size drop of mineral oil and use to lightly coat the rolling pin.
