100% BODY-SAFE. Made with 100% medical-grade polymers, Flex Discs are body-safe, hypoallergenic, non-toxic, and free of lead, arsenic, and forever chemicals (PFAS). Unlike cotton tampons, Flex won’t absorb your natural moisture or disrupt your vaginal pH—so you stay balanced.
12-HOUR PROTECTION. Flex Discs hold as much as 5+ SUPER tampons (60mL) and are built to handle all flows, even extra heavy. Wear it all day or night without interruptions. No frequent changes, just two discs per day. Less hassle, more freedom—save time with no extra steps, especially if you're always on the go.
EASY TO USE. Beginner-friendly and ultra-flexible, Flex Disc pinches down to the size of a tampon for smooth insertion. Unlike cups, Flex Discs feature a suction-free design making removal a breeze.
UNREAL COMFORT. We surveyed Flex users, 97% said they couldn’t feel the disc while wearing it, 64% reported fewer cramps, and 80% experienced less dryness and irritation compared to their previous period product.
MADE TO KEEP YOU MOVING. With Flex Disc you can swim, sleep, squat, summit, and do everything you love to do when you're not on your period. On heavy days, it can empty itself while you pee or poo, so you’re never stuck walking around with a full disc. Simply re-tuck the disc back into place and you’re set for the rest of your 12-hour wear.
BETTER FOR YOU & THE PLANET. Flex Discs are one-time-use but create 60% less waste than traditional period products. Longer wear time = less hassle, less waste, more you.
Flex Disc is an alternative to tampons, period underwear, pads, and menstrual cups. If you're used to pads or tampons, this is your smoothest switch—pad-level ease, disc-level freedom. Prefer something reusable? We've got that too: Flex Reusable Disc offers the same benefits and comfort with a sustainable twist.

HOW TO USE:
STEP 1: PINCH YOUR DISC
First, wash your hands. Pinch the disc in half (it may look big, but once pinched it’s about the size of a tampon).
STEP 2: GET READY TO INSERT
Take a breath and relax! Get into a comfortable position—you can try sitting on the toilet, squatting with your legs open, or standing with one leg up.
STEP 3: INSERT THE DISC
Insert the pinched disc down and back towards your tailbone as far back as it will comfortably go. Then, tuck the front rim of the disc up behind your pubic bone.
STEP 4: 12-HOUR WEAR
Experience freedom. Do everything you love to do when you're not on your period—swim, sleep, squat, study, or summit. Heavy flow? No problem. Flex Discs can self-empty when you pee. This means you'll never have to walk around with a full disc all day. After you pee or poo, use a clean finger to simply tuck the disc back into place and you're set for the remainder of your 12-hour wear.
*Please follow the full Instructions for Use within the box prior to use.
**Note: Flex Discs (one-time use discs) are conveniently disposable (like pads & tampons) and cannot be reused.
Warning: Single-use only. Flex Disc is not birth control nor does it protect against sexually transmitted infections (STIs). Do not use if you have ever had TSS. Before using, please read instructions for use.

Q: Do these work well for women with a low cervix?
A: There's a great chance the discs could work for you! We worked hard to be as inclusive as possible––they were designed to fit 95% of anatomies. :)
submitted byThe Flex Company - 1 year agoBrand expertA: It's always worth a try. No single disc or cup will fit every single woman. It worked for a stage one prolapsed uterus, it just reduced capacity due to the cervix resting in the disc more.

Q: Are these reusable or one time use only?
A: These are for one time use only, you throw them away afterwards!
submitted byhannalizzy - 6 years agoA: One time use, they're discarded afterwards. They can be work up to 12 hours though.
submitted byStephBlu - 5 years agoA: Flex Discs are disposable, not reusable. After 12 hours of wear, you remove the disc, dispose of it, then insert a new one.
submitted byThe Flex Company - 5 years agoBrand expertA: You're SUPPOSED to throw them away every time but I'll usually rinse one and use it again. I haven't used one more than twice, though.

Q: Hi, What is different between FLEX menstrual discs and Cervical Cap?
A: The main difference is the purpose of the products. FLEX Disc is a menstrual product made to catch period blood. FLEX Disc is not a contraceptive device and does not protect against STI's or pregnancy. Please only use FLEX Disc as directed! A Cervical Cap is a contraceptive device.

Q: Can these still be used if you have an IUD?
A: Hi Susan, tons of Flex Disc users have IUDs and discs are IUD friendly! We recommend chatting with your doc if you have any concerns before wearing internally worn products as they'll have a better idea of how your IUD is positioned with your unique anatomy in order to give a recommendation. 🙂 Email us at help@flexfits.com or text 800-931-0882 for more support!

Q: What if I forget I have it in and leave it in a few days?
A: Hi TP, thanks for your question. We totally understand that accidents happen. Our products are made of an inert material that should not cause or contribute to any infections, however, we do strongly advise against wearing them for longer than 12 hours. If you've worn it for longer than 12hrs and are concerned, then we recommend scheduling an appointment with your gynecologist. You know your body best, but if something feels off or you begin to experience any unusual symptoms (foul odor, abnormal discharge, discomfort, etc.) then it is best you consult with your doctor right away to rule out infection. In the future, you can also always set an alarm or reminder on your phone. Let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Q: Hi! Do these empty themselves? I’m looking for some that doesn’t!!!
A: Hey there, thanks for your question! The Disc can self-empty on the toilet, but only if you want it to! When you're not in the bathroom, since you don't bear down like you would to pee/poo while doing daily activities, the vaginal/pelvic floor muscles used to empty the disc are not active. So the disc does not usually move out of place to empty unless you are intentionally bearing down. Text us at 800-931-0882 or email us at hello@flexfits.com with any other questions!

Q: What’s the difference between this and Soft Disc?
A: Hello, thanks for the great question! The Flex Company makes both Softdisc & Flex Disc, which are both menstrual discs. The key difference is that Flex Disc is made with newer ComfortSeal Technology™ & premium materials that warm up to your body heat––this forms with your natural shape better to create a leak-free seal. Flex Disc customers also have access to subscriptions with free shipping and live support. That said, both products are still great choices! It all depends on your unique lifestyle and needs.
