[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are made to look like railroad ties but they are made from recycled tires these would be ideal for a boarder around a walkway or even a path these are well made and weather resistant for long lasting effects would recommend to a friend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Flexon recycled rubber railroads ties have left me perplexed as to what to do with them. Calling them “Railroad ties” is a misnomer because they only measure 2 feet in length, 10” in width and half inch thick. Although they are flexible, and slip resistant and easy to set down, they just look awkward and unnatural. The cost for a set of three is pricey.

They are very high quality and durable. There are so many uses and places you could put these. By a kids playground or tree house would be cute. They are comfortable to walk on and not slippery when they are wet. A unique touch to have around your home.

These are pretreated and will withstand water and sun. The look so nice in the backyard. We are very happy with our purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These railroad tiles looks nice. I am just not sure what application to use them for. They need to be sitting on a flat hard surface. If you put them on the ground they just follow the dirt and do not look very good. I made a little base and put my big trashcar on there, looks better that rock and weeds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In my yard I made an area for the garbage cans to be hidden from the site while we sit on our patio. The area is a rock area, for drainage reasons but I wanted to add a flatter surface and a border to keep the rocks within the area. The area I dug out the depths of the railroad ties. I first put a border all the way around using the Flexon - Railroad Ties. These are a great size, about 18.5 inches long each. Then spacing the railroad ties and filing in with rocks. These are very durable, the color looks great. And very easy to work with. Plus they are recycled.

They are clever in the fact that they truly are sustainable and durable and will last for many seasons. Flexon has created something so charming I'd recommend to anyone who likes to add that special charm whether out front or back. They're so heavy duty I just want to add more knowing they're going to last the wear and tear and keep my home looking amazing. Honestly you'd never guess they're rubber by the details on them.
