Q: Is it good for adults or just children
A: Flintstones Chewables Plus Extra Iron can be used by both children and adults. The dosage for adults is one tablet (fully chewed) daily with food.

Q: These have an awful metallic aftertaste that doesn't go away for hours. Can I crush them up and eat them with something else rather than chew them?
A: Flintstones Chewables may be crushed or cut in half before chewing. However, we would recommend discontinuing use since the metallic taste you experienced does not meet our Quality standards. Q: Is the iron ferrous fumarate or ferrous sulfate? I believe you removed the type of iron due to switching to the inferior ferrous sulfate which is more difficult for the body to absorb.
A: We are constantly reviewing our products and formulations to meet the needs of our consumers. Our Flintstones +Iron Chewable Multivitamin was reformulated in 2019 to accommodate a variety of changes, one of which was the ferrous fumarate. There is no meaningful difference in the intestinal absorption between ferrous fumarate and ferrous sulfate.

Q: Why on EARTH did they change the formula? They taste like cardboard garbage now.
