Both my husband and I take a good sized spoonful of Manuka every day. We've found that it really soothes our digestive tract. I have used it topically also, and I put it in my foaming face wash. It is so soothing. Would highly recommend it ! We tried 2 or 3 different brands, but this one is the best we've found. We have it on auto ship.

I was recovering from something wrong with my stomach and this did seem to help. I only used 1/4 tsp twice per day because the MGO active ingredient is many times higher than in most.
