Beautiful product and good quality materials. However, my product also arrived damaged. And it looks like the damage was in the same part of the console as in the other review. I suspect this is due to poor packaging and handling during shipping. To avoid the hassle of dealing with Target.com, I contacted the manufacturer and they offered to replace the part or to give me a partial refund.

I was hoping the other reviews about the product arriving damaged were isolated incidences but unfortunately, we didn’t even have to unbox all the pieces before we found major damage. We returned to our local Target for a refund.
