Q: We bought this Dec 2022 and just recently, both cars have failed to run (as of August 2023). We charge and the lights look like the cars are about to run but the cars aren't running. HELP!

A: Same this here! As on today, it can be fully charged and we only get about 5-10 minutes of actually drive time. The lights go on and off and car starts glitching like it wants to run but can't

A: my grandaughter is 8 and weighs probaby the max weight and she drives it perfect.... my 1 year old grandson also drives it ... it is such a fun toy for kids...

A: It's usually a best practice to fully charge before use as batteries tend to be a bit weird over time when not charge before use.

A: To connect the battery terminal, you must connect the same color wires together: black connector to the black terminal, red terminal to the red connector. Please make sure they are connected with the correct polarity.
