I felt like taking 4 tablets a day was too much of a hassle compared to other products that require 1 tablet or a gummy per day. The ingredients listed looked great however I did not notice any improvements to my concentration or focus.

They are big and just difficult for me to get that many in without upsetting my stomach. I was more focused just on how my stomach was feeling. If you are use to take a lot of supplements every day this would probably work great for you. 4 pills on top of my normal vitamins were just too much for me.

As someone with chronic stress and insomnia, this is a good product to get the things you are missing in your diet. Plus brain fog and short term memory loss are synonymous with stress and anxiety. The only thing I didn't like about this product is that you have to take four pills at once daily and it says if you are more stressed or more active you may have to take it to an additional four pills a day which would be eight pills at once. I am not really a fan of taking that many pills at once because it could upset your stomach. Plus these pills are a little on the large side for people that have trouble swallowing pills.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband has been taking these multivitamins for a couple weeks now, usually he feels like his brain is foggy feeling but after taking these vitamins his brain no longer feels this way. His memory and ability to do things has improved even though randomly he goes back to how he was before. The bottle says to take it for 6 weeks to see results so hopefully it continues to help him even more.

I havent noticed a huge difference but I can tell it is starting to help. I will definitely be purchasing another bottle to see if i continue seeing a difference. The tablets smell a little, which is probably because I’m the ingredients include fish. It’s not a strong smell but it bothered me. I wasn’t able to take them long enough to notice if they helped me with focus or memory.
