The mask is a little heavy and works well. Only 20 seconds in my microwave. I like that there is a washable fabric sleeve.

Soft mask but heat dissolves quickly. Have to heat up in 20 second increments with a max of 90 seconds only (FYI). You also can only use with a soft cloth in between the mask and your eyes otherwise will be too hot. I would say the restrictions make it a little less convenient to use but it's okay.

I'd love this mask! I used to have one of those gel filled ones but it was getting kind of gross so I thought I'd try out this one. What a difference! The fabric covering is soft, the clay beads add some weight on your eyes which is not unpleasant. The beats warm up really well for me. 30 seconds in my microwave and they really do produce natural moisture.
