This is to be a hot or cold pack but I did both temps the directions called for and the thing was still room temperature. I had to heat it 1-2mins at a time in the end it ended up being around 5mins to warm up just a decent amount. Not worth the price.

I have had this product for about a year, and I have used it pretty regularly post workouts. It is the perfect size for my back and has helped a lot with back pain. It is exactly what I was looking for. I like the soft lining on one side and gel beads on the other side. The item has held up well over time with a lot of use.

This saved me after gallbladder surgery. I love the large size and it completely covered all my incisions. It was perfect for me and easy to keep on with the Velcro piece. Freezes quickly and I like that there’s room to move the beads around within the pack as needed.
