I can't believe the item I received was obviously a return! It wasn't even in the original box, the charging cable was a mess, and the plastic bag was torn open. This was not mentioned in the description. How frustrating!

I used to have issues with blood circulation in my legs but after using the Air-O-Thermo, I am no longer experiencing those issues. Great to use on the couch or in bed while watching TV.
