Great supplement to supplement the day to day grind I prefer to take before workout noticeable increase in all that is advertised. Taken as directed plus a little of your own motivation it is a great convenient product.

You have 200 mg of boron which too high and scary for most people. Then you have 100mcg of an extract of fenugreek, tribulus, long jack , goat weed and maca which is way to low even for an extract.

Now, I don't know whether it's because I've been sick with a head cold or these just don't work. So I can't give this an honest, good review. I wish they worked well. I would definitely try it again, but again I don't know what the results would be.

The only added benefit was that they included boron in the ingredients, studies show that boron helps your body utilize free testosterone. I've started taking boron with my regular test booster. Works much better.
