I felt the brain fog too and I don't think it's worth the libido boosting effect. I haven't tried their other version of it. Usually Tribulus either makes you aggressive or gives you lethargy. Libido is the second benefit but it's hard to find the right brand.

Was excited to try the product, but it gave me brain fog and I discontinued use.
Have had good results with other products with this brand.
