Four Seasons insoles are ideal for dress and casual shoes and are one of the few arch supports that will fit in sneakers, cleats, skates, ski boots, and cowboy boots. The arch support is a thin, medium height with a semi rigid plastic support piece that is covered with a genuine leather top cover. The metatarsal pad relieves pain associated with Mortons neuroma and metatarsalgia. The adhesive pad under the heel can be used to keep the arch supports in place, including in sandals and open heel shoes.
