Hmmm, I'm a sixty year old white male, first summer back in the humid US south. I've been an avid cyclist for about 2 years where being retired I've had a chance to push my fitness activities possibly more than I ever have. That said, the heat and vehicle traffic have pretty much ground my biking to a halt. During these COVID months, I've been yardening, watching YouTube and now baseball. THAT said, the elixir is a nice option during the evening say instead of a cocktail or beer. It's immediate affects seems pretty neutral, which I like, plus it's additional hydration. Now, we're I in fitness beast mode, I could comment more in that regard. I also regularly drink the mushroom blend mix in the morning with my one mug of coffee. Overall, I feel pretty darn good and have to believe the mushrooms are definitely not hurting. Also through my life I have been mostly healthy which I attribute to good diet and play as a child. I enjoy the mushroom products and they are a welcome part of my diverse diet and life style. There you go. Five stars for sure. The distribution staff are fun and the product arrives reliably and is consistent.

Definitely feel it fuels my stamina throughout the day . Currently putting a whole packet or half packet in my coffee when I know I'm going to do a big workout that day.
