I waited about a year to try Four Sigmatic after initially hearing about the products (generally a late adopter). I bought 30 packs (3-10pk boxes) to try out the instant defense coffee. I LOVE everything about this coffee. Normal brewed or cold brew coffee gives me anxiety, shakes and I have to drink it before 10am to avoid sleep problems. This coffee tastes incredible (less bitter than your typical brew) and mixes really well. I also have none of the over-caffeinated symptoms I usually experience but I feel like I am getting more benefits than just making decaf in the morning. My boyfriend, a bit of a coffee snob, also really enjoys it. Looking forward to trying the ground variety as well.

I drink a cup of four sigmatic coffee every day and have blood work done every three months for the last twenty years. My doctor said for the first time that all is good. I've never had a perfect score, I'm a shroomer for life!!!
