First off, 6pc is wrong. It is 1 pair. Second off, they are a little big below my knee and a little tight above the knee making it kind of hard to wear for prolongued time. It is not adjustable. However, these do work well for my intended use as they are not hard plastic and Im trying to not damage my wood floor
