They're both VERY lightweight & comfortable. The ball is hard, but also has that foam feeling to it. I love the products that Franklin makes. They always seem to know what people like!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfectly fit my 4 year old grandson. He's says it's comfortable. We are already starting ball practice. Comes with a nice foam baseball. This glove will last at least 2 seasons for him. Glove and ball were better than we expected.
