I had this table before and I love the lift top and also I love the look of its finish! Once I had it assembled, I noticed it had a chip of paint come off, but since I had it all set up I just used some wood glue and put it back on.

Although you can get a lift-top for half the price of this one, the quality on this table really shows. The table was really easy to put together and everything fit perfectly. The lift-top can sturdy and can probably support 10-15 pounds while in the lifted state. I am glad I purchased this.

Easy to put together, the majority of assembly is doable with one person, less than 1 hour to put together, although it is easier with another person when attaching the bottom to top lining up the pegs, a little flexing of the muscles can be done with one person, Note: the mechanical part is pre- assembled by the manufacturer, also some people mention about not being able to get the sticker off, this is a warning label for children, etc., since this is also mechanical and the label specifically says it is a permanent label in case other have overlooked this Warning notice.

The table comes with a giant sticker warning that will not come off. The sticker takes up 10% of the area when the top is lifted. Very unsightly and if I knew it came with it , I would not of bought it.
