A: We recommend serving our food fresh from the fridge for the best results, but you can choose to freeze any unused portions for later use. Be aware that you may see a slight change in color and texture when thawed, but this won’t change the nutritional value or taste of our meals. No Freshpet food is frozen before being purchased at your local store.

A: Hi Brenda, our Freshpet Multi-Protein Roasted Meals 3 lb bag contains 10 cups of food. All of our packages have feeding guidelines as well as our website. Please do your research before buying this food . I purchased this food for my dog for a year and a half , now he has bad skin issues . 2 of my friends pets stopped eating the food as well.. we looked into it and many people have had issues . My dog would also throw up often . We switched food after going to the vet and he’s doing better now .

I have been trying several dry kibble food with my dog ! She has turned her appetite away ! I purchase fresh pet in a roll and fresh kibble even the turkey strips . She loves breakfast now and loves when I give her a turkey strip treat for just being the best lil girl in my life !

My 2 dogs are between 60-75 pounds and eat mostly high-quality kibble. I wanted to add something fresh for additional nutrition, so decided to try Freshpet. I am very pleased with this particular recipe, with its multiple proteins. The dogs have digested this well, and it has caused no upsets. It's available at multiple stores near me, so I know I will be able to purchase easily. I do like this food for my dogs, and encourage everyone to give it a try.

I would NOT recommend this food for anybody with a pet. It made my pup sick with vomiting and diarrhea the day she ate it. Not to mention it’s expensive and goes bad very quick even when its refrigerated. It’s suppose to last a week and lasts more like two meals. Freshpet also has a history of salmonella in their food. So I’m hoping that’s not what my puppy has. Please do NOT get this food and just stick to kibble or another food brand if you care about your pup.

This is second one I'm trying my dog wouldn't eat after week of the chicken style roasted meals. So now this one is going better but I would love to find large dog where I buy but no one has it. So I get this and so far it's working.

We have a 19 year old rescued dog that was suffering from bloody diarrhea and vomiting for more than a year. Thankfully we have a wonderful team of doctors and Lovely was prescribed medication. It would help for a around 5 months and then she will have the episodes again. We started giving her Fresh Pet with her medicines, and it has been a long time since she has had those issues again. Her stool is normal, no vomiting and she has gained healthy weight and has start acting like a new dog. We are so grateful for Fresh Pet and the great quality of food. We have tried the beef, treats and chicken. All of our three rescue dogs love it! We are waiting now for cat food! Haha. Thank you again.
