A: We recommend using this as part of a 3 step process. During bath time, use the mask to loosen the flakes as step one, followed by our Flake Fixer to remove the flakes as step 2 and finish with our scalp spray. Repeat this process daily until your little one's scalp is flake free :).

I recommend choosing a different product. When I used this on my son, he developed a rash/burns all over his face, with streaks appearing wherever the product made contact while cleaning his hair. The marks lasted for about two hours before fading.

Bought this as soon as I noticed my son had cradle cap since Frida baby has such great products and the 3 step comb / brush worked so well for my daughter when she was a baby. This didn’t do much, if anything. We used a few times and almost nothing came out with their cradle cap 3 step system. Went back to slathering lotion on his head about 10 minutes before bath then using the 3 step brush and comb and that worked great. Buy their 3 step cradle cap system, use lotion or coconut oil and skip these.

Burned my daughter scalp makes scalp very dry even with the moisturizer. This isn’t for children with sensitive skin.

Loosens flakes, but makes them sort of gummy? It does what it’s supposed too, but it is a little tough to remove the flakes without pulling baby’s hair

My baby’s scalp got inflamed from the product. Thought maybe from when I was washing it but it was worse after I put the spray on. Absolutely NO on this product. Stick with coconut oil!

It works pretty well on my 4 month old but the bottle was clogged and got on my 2.5 year olds face. We rinsed immediately but he had instant redness anywhere it touched his face. The redness was bright red and last several hours, it also seemed to hurt. This experience has made me stop using it on my baby.

Was one of the unlucky ones where it removed baby’s hair and irritated the skin. I feel so bad! I didn’t realize it was removing the hair until after the bath. I’m sure it was painful for baby

We used the fridababy cradle cap brush/comb two days in a row and the shampoo/spray today and it has cleared up 99% no more scales on his forehead, brows, head. Back to being my sweet baby again

So far so good it was gently enough to get most flakes up the first wash and no hair was lost. The shampoo previously caused hair loss but this one is gentle. Make sure to be gentle as well when you was you Dont have to get all the flake south the first time

This stuff is amazing!! I used the shampoo about 2-3 times, brushed my baby’s hair during bath time when it was sitting, combed my her hair after we got out of the bath and everything was loose and after the 3rd time it was completely gone. I never used the spray, but the shampoo is amazing. (I didn’t use the product until my baby was 5 months old and she does not have any skin sensitivities)
