Q: Frida baby has this and the snot sucker. What is the difference? On this one, i see 0-9 years. Snotsucker says 0-6 months?! Thank you
A: There is not any difference. It might be an older model. Initially when it came out, it was called snot sucker and meant for up to I age 6mo. The benefit of use ks possible longer if your child cooperates.

Q: How often do I have to buy a new snot sucker? Do these need to be discarded after a certain timing?
A: Hey Madison, you need to change the filter after each use and you should be able to use your NoseFrida for a very long time!

Q: Hi - How do you spray the saline mist? Does my newborn needed to be in an upright position? Same question when snucking the snot out. Thank you!
A: Try laying your baby on their back, or you can also try holding your baby upright in your lap facing you. However they're most comfortable.

Q: Is the box sealed? I just got one and it looks like it's been opened before, the contents are inside with no protection or covering. Is that normal?
A: Hi no there is no wafer seal on the box. We recommend washing before use.
