I love, love, love this book!! It is so full of wonderful information! Talks about health benefits of proper diet, storage of all kinds of food items including best storage containers. The book also includes 100 recipes! Those I have tried are delicious! All through the book are absolutely gorgeous photos. I highly recommend this wonderful book.
