Fantastic flavor, retains full flavor until grinding. gingersnaps were enjoyed by all eight grandchildren and others at the Christmas celebration this year. I could 't keep the cookie jars filled! Only a small dusting of ths great product made a holliday favorite the star of this season!

This is a good price for cardamon seeds. It smells great but I haven't used it yet.
