Tastes only okay; strong on broccoli which is fine with me. Other reviewers mentioned a spongy texture and mine seemed similarly textured, though the bites are so thin, difficult to say definitively. Unfortunately I didn’t fully read the serving size which is the entire box!!! Once I opened the box and saw how teeny tiny these are, I understood the serving size. Won’t be buying again. Waaaaaay too expensive for one serving of something that tastes only okay.

I actually like these. They taste fine, and if you let them cool down for a minute or two, they pull away from the paper cups easily. I’m giving one star because of marketing them as high-protein on the front of the box. You’re counting the entire box as one serving even though they clearly come in packs of two, and the fat, cholesterol, and sodium levels for all four are ridiculous and unrealistic as one serving. The fact that you need to put fine print under the claim shows it shouldn’t be there. I’d have a lot more respect for this brand if you simply used two of them as a serving and then advertised the amount of protein. Read your labels, folks.

As a new mom who bought these for her toddler religiously, I am incredibly disappointed in the changed recipe. Did you think your loyal guests wouldn’t notice the monumental texture difference and complete lack of egg being used now? What is an omelette bite without EGG. We are smarter than that, Target. Please remove this broccoli-cheese mess from the shelves and bring back what we are paying for.

These used to taste so good when the brocolli wasn't all mushy and watery. These omlettes used to pop out of the muffin paper cup but now they're just stuck to it and just fall apart. My teen has stopped eating these asking me what's wrong with them now. I feel like they got smaller as well.

Cheesy broccoli deliciousness for breakfast. I peel the muffin-liner paper off the frozen cup before I micro it for 1 minute, then I flip it over and just do 10 more secs to finish it off. Perfect!

I bought these since Target stopped stocking Eggland’s best egg bites and I’ll never buy these again. The broccoli was soggy and that made the texture weird, I could taste some flavor but I just couldn’t get over the soggy and weird texture.

Had a little bit of broccoli, cheese, and egg flavor but not much else. The cups were a waste. I had to scrape them out of their cups onto a plate. A whole box of 4 filled me up but was not very satifying. Will not buy them again.
