I’ve bought this several times and I’m impressed with the taste. I haven’t had any issues with oiliness like some of the other reviews mention, I’ve made sure to follow the broiling and cooling instructions. But, I wish there was a way to refill the ramekins because I’m starting to accumulate quite a few of them.

Not sure how others are getting an oily consistency. I simply put my oven broiler on high, let it warm up for a couple minutes. Then take the creme brulee straight out of the freezer, onto a baking pan, sprinkle the sugar on top and straight into the oven 3-4in from the top burner element. 4-5mins later, out of the oven to cool down for 10mins.

these taste so so good, if you have a kitchen torch it's much easier to burn, but even in the oven this is nearly fool proof as long as you pay attention. I also love the little dishes it comes in, they're the perfect size to reuse as my cats food bowl

Easy and great to do if you don't have a torch. Using the broiler like the instructions said worked out perfect. Hardest part is waiting the 10 minutes for it to cool and then 10 more minutes in the fridge

Never baked them in the oven I think that causes it to break and be oily. I just let them sit out and use a torch on the sugar just like a traditional crème brûlée never had any issues that way. Tastes pretty good’

More like pudding than creme brulee, strong vanilla extract flavor, very oily as the sugar basically fried at the top instead of creating a shell like a real creme brulee
