Ok for soups and dips. Seems to be not quite ripe so wouldn’t recommend as a side dish, in quiche or omelettes.

Excellent choice. Love that the spinach is frozen in circles about 1”2wide & 1/2” high. Easy to cut and add to soups or casseroles. Also, excellent flavor. No additives.

I always have a bag or two in my freezer so I can throw some into casseroles and pasta dishes. The bag is superior to the box packaging used by other brands, in my opinion. (It says "steam in bag" but I have never done that.) As for price, it's reasonable.
Frozen into cubes now

This item (exact same packaging) used to be frozen *loose leaf* spinach. Now it is frozen into cubes. I purchased this product repeatedly because it was easy to add to smoothies, sauces, etc in whatever amount I wanted and would heat through quickly in loose leaf form. My sauce was destroyed and over reduced tonight waiting for these stupid cubes to defrost. Will not repurchase.

I buy this frequently, and use it to top pizzas, etc. It used to be frozen leaves but now it's in large formed nuggets - which doesn't work at all for the way I use it. I won't be buying it again.

Best frozen spinach I’ve ever purchased. No wonder it’s out of stock.

Woody stems- inedible for dips or quick additions to dishes. The package had more stems than leaf and many of the stems woody and stringy. If used in a long-baked casserole maybe edible?? Sad- i love many of Targets good and gather products- procurement failed on this one.

I’ve purchased Good & Gather Steam-in-the-bag spinach for years, but lately quality control has taken a drastic plunge. The last several bags I’ve purchased were full of stems & brown pieces. It’s almost as though they accidentally bagged the “throw away” pile instead of the leaves.

Lots of stems in it. The taste was off too. Bitter. I will not purchase again.

Quite honestly the worst frozen spinach imaginable. Tons of hard, inedible parts. Horrible flavor. I never write reviews but was incredibly disappointed in this product. It ruined a whole dish. Please don’t purchase and please, Target, improve this product.

The taste is aweful. This completely ruined an entire pot of soup. It reminds me of the steamed spinach they would serve us at daycare in the 80's. 🤢

Perfect for smoothies! The only spinach I’ve seen that’s portioned into pods. I throw two in a blender with other ingredients and it blends very easily.
