The proportions of ingredients is way off. There is very little vegetables and even less chicken. It’s mostly just rice. This is not worth the cost. The sauce is okay but needs to be a lot spicer. It’s edible but I would not recdomend.

Quick and easy to make, taste was good… However most of the bag was the sauce packet & rice packet. I did pick up two bags & glad I did! One bag only had a small portion of chicken, peas, & carrots, while the other was mostly cauliflower & a little chicken. Since there are so many quick heat rices available, maybe take out the rice & add more veggies & chicken. I actually added more veggies & it still barely feed 2 adults & 1 teenager! In addition, I added 1tbsp of stick butter to the rice to make sure it didn’t go dry & only put in 1/3 cup of water for two sauce packets for a thicker sauce.

Very deceiving. Definitely not 2.5 servings- unless you count a bite of chicken a serving. Super disappointed. They should add way more chicken and veggies and do away with the rice. Anyone can make their own rice.

This meal was incredibly easy to put together. Love that it was ready to serve in 10 minutes. However, after removing the rice and sauce I had to laugh out loud at how tiny the portion of chicken/veggies was! However, everything came together nicely. I served it with egg rolls on the side, making it a satisfying meal. My husband and I loved the flavor and convenience and will be adding this meal to our regular rotation. Just keep in mind that the portion is only suitable for 1 person, or 2 if you have side dishes. If Target increased the amount of chicken/veggies by 30% I think this would be a bigger hit.

Really good taste but the amount of chicken is bad. It needs 2-3 times the amount of chicken in the package. Cut down on the rice and add more chicken.

Ate this for dinner and had to come back and look at my order because I thought I’d ordered chicken, not vegetable masala. We did order the chicken, there was just no chicken. Not a single piece in my entire serving. The texture of everything was good, especially for frozen food, but it’s very bland for Indian, and there was literally zero chicken.

The taste is excellent but it is definitely not a family meal unless you have several sides to go with it. Luckily my kids are small still and husband was not home and I was able to scrape by with it. Will remember if I get this again to get other things to go with it!
