Q: Is the carrot slide whistle supposed to have the smallest hole in the mouthpiece? It’s almost as if the middle piece forgot to get punched out and there happened to be a small crack in the wood

Really cheap quality. Almost single item broke within just a week or so. And my baby isn’t very rough. The only one that didn’t break is the tomato shaker which is very quiet. Don’t recommend at all

The cutest instrument set. Key notes: the drum can break easily if hitting it with anything other than your hand, the rattle is very soft, and the clapper pear is rather hard to use. My son loves the whistle and harmonica! Also comes in a cute carrying bag.

We got this as a Christmas gift and I was really excited as my 2 year old has been really into instruments. While in the car, he got his thumb stuck in the carrot flute and it broke skin. Then when using the banana tambourine he cut himself on the screws because they were not filed down smoothly. While the toys are super cute, they do not pass the very basic test of being safe. I threw all of them away.

Wanted to love this set. Some of the instruments don’t work or are very hard to use. The tambourine broke easily (it was covered in paper) and my kids were being gentle with it. Great idea, needs some improvements in function

I really wanted to love this set but some of the pieces aren't that great. The bell pepper maraca hardly makes a sound which isn't even nice if you want the quiet because they might as well be shaking a pillow. The carrot doesn't really whistle and since there is a harmonica in this set they should've made the carrot a guiro instead. My toddler loves the banana and tambourine though so it's at least a win.

Tambourine broke and the banana shaker broke and the bell and ball fell out. I’m so glad we were watching baby closely otherwise she would’ve swallowed.

I really wanted to love this music set. We got it for my daughter for her birthday and it’s a bit disappointing. Some of the instruments hardly make any noise. They’re cute and well made, minus the fact they don’t make noise.

I bought this for my 10 month out and she was able to break through the apple tambourine. She had the for about 5 minutes. And the maracas barely even rattles. I was very disappointed in this I was so excited for her to play with just for it to suck.

I bought two of these sets (one for a gift) because they are super cute! However, like the other reviews have mentioned some of the instruments are not really functional, they barely make any noise. The apple tambourine broke within minutes of my son playing with it.
