I had this out of the packaging for less than 2 hours and all along the seams are ripped. There stitching is horrible and there are loose threads hanging off all over the place. One of the pillowcases also has some weird staining on the back. Really really bad quality and disappointing, I will be requesting a refund.

I have to be honest bc I saw a lot of negative reviews. I love this comforter so much. I never knew the luxury of having a bedding setup that enhances my sleep and makes me feel so supported and soothed. I love that the inside is soft and and clean and the exterior has a textured yet still soft feel to it. It’s somehow both cooling and warming? Doesn’t feel “plastic” to me and I have no issues with the length. It drapes the sides of my full sized bed beautifully. I’d even consider buying multiple colors just to have them! Haha.

However, it arrived with two mis-matched shams (one with a border and one without), so I would be on the lookout for quality control issues. Yes they're sending a replacement, but that doesn't resolve my stress or annoyance or compensate me for the time I had to take to get it worked out. Too bad.
