Please rest assured that we provide all the necessary hardware for securing the bed. Regarding the mattress, our Full size bed dimensions are 54.3”W x 75.2”D, and our Twin size bed dimensions are 39”W x 75.2”D. You can choose a mattress within these size ranges for the corresponding bed. Additionally, for optimal comfort and storage, we recommend a mattress thickness of 8"-10". Have a nice day!
