I haven’t had any issues with waterproofing however every time I wash and dry this it melts to itself and now there’s holes in it from trying to peel it apart. Wouldn’t buy again unless you want to hang dry it.

We got a new bed and I needed a new waterproof mattress pad. I have a Target waterproof mattress pad in our guest bedroom that has a very tight fit because of the type of fabric that is used on the sides. It's hard to tell what the fabric is from the Target website so I took a chance and ordered the Waterproof Quilted Mattress pad but am very disappointed. Instead of a tight fit it stretches out after the first night and does not stay in place. I would not recommend this product.
