This futon costs over $700 and this was a terrible experience. The futon came in multiple unmarked boxes. We had to put this piece entirely together to realize that we were sent the wrong futon. This item is too big to disassemble and return physically to target. This was incredibly disappointing as there was no way for us to know it was the wrong item. Doesn't fold out smoothly, looks cheap. I wouldn't recommend ordering any furniture from target. We are really disappointed with this experience and the furniture. Not worth the risk to order with them.

Instructional video and color coding helpful. Had to cut edge of webbing off as it was starting to unthread. Found coil mattress helpful.

This product is well made, sturdy and beautiful. Setup was fairly straight forward - if you can follow pictures, there are not a lot of descriptive instructions in the box. It requires a couple of people (don't try it alone!) as noted in the instructions. All the tools necessary are included. I have slept on it one night so far and found the mattress to be very comfortable. It was perfect for our cabin. The only drawback is that it does need to be moved away from the wall to be set up as a bed. This was not clear in the description on the website, so be aware of this when you purchase.
If you order the drawers (which is an optional add on), note that they are not attached to the actual bed frame. They sit on the floor on their own tracks and do not move with the bed. This was also not very clear from the website description of the product.
