A: The floaties are a good thing! If left unrefrigerated, these floaties will form into a SCOBY that you can use as a starter to craft your own home brew.

A: All of our SYNERGY offerings are considered naturally decaffeinated—a result of the fermentation. Each flavor contains about 4mg to 8mg of caffeine per 8-ounce serving.
