A: There is a very limited amount of games available on Gabb Phones. Overall, no, Gabb Phones are not good for playing games.

A: Thanks for reaching out! The Gabb Phone works just like any other phone in that way. You can make and receive calls and texts to and from any number. But here's the cool part: you also have the option to control who can contact your child through the Gabb Phone. It's extra peace of mind! As for video calling, your child can use the Gabb Messenger app to video call you and other Gabb users. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Anastaisha helped us so much today! Getting our new Gabb phone for my 12 year old set up and better connected to our WiFi. The Gabb phone is a perfect phone for hat we need for our preteen right now—connectivity, location, photos, ability to stay in contact with friends as we prepare for a cross country move, but without the social media, YouTube, or browser accessibility that we still want to have more supervision of.

This is not a solicited review. We have had various GABB products in our home for the last few years. They have been nothing but trouble. First and foremost, they are not a smartphone. The Apps that your kids' friends have will not be available to your child. The photos that your child takes on their phone does not save to a cloud for future reflection. Secondly, since having GABB Phones, Watches, etc. for my kids, they have been exposed to so many soliciting calls. I do not have any proof, but I don't think that GABB does a very good job when reusing phone numbers. My kids have received calls from Florida, and VA benefit Mortgage requests, etc. Our solution was to get a real phone (iPhone) put it on our plan (Saved Money) and set up family accounts. As a parent, I am able to go into the tools on my phone and see what apps have been accessed, what texts have been sent etc. The GABB is truly lacking in safety protocols, and parental safety features. I always recommend NOT getting a GABB phone to anyone considering it. That's my two cents, we have had GABB products in our home for 3-4 years and have regretted it.

The upgrade was an exciting surprise to my daughter and she’s been very happy with the design and functions of the new 4 Pro. She especially likes the newer and nicer camera. Anastaisha was extremely helpful in the setup of my daughter’s new phone. I appreciated that she initiated contact to see if I had any problems, which I had, and she immediately responded with a quick and easy text that had us up and working right away! She was very friendly and eager to help. Great experience and customer service!

She had a watch 3e for several years and really likes how easy it is to send messages compared to the watch. She said the watch often did not dictate her messages correctly and it was sometimes hard to correct them. My Daughter also loves the camera. It takes great pictures, and with 128g of storage it has room to store plenty. I did add another 128g micro SD card, but she may never need it. The only negative so far was the initial setup. I tried for more than an hour to activate the new phone without customer service help. I am an IT professional with 20+ years of experience. We have had problems activating all Gabb devices but customer service has always been able to fix the issues. Just plan to activate it when you have an hour and are able to chat with Gabb support. I know some parents really like zones, but we don't use them. It is a nice feature to receive alerts when the device enters and leaves certain locations zones parents create. I only give it 4 stars because it took over 2 hours to setup, with the help of Gabb Support. That's probably more of the pains with Gabb's system and not the phone itself. Once it's up and running, no issues. Overall great phone!

I HATE THIS PHONE WORST PHONE LITTERALLY GETTING EVER SECOND THIS GOES OFF OR SOMETHING ,SO EASY TO GET THE GABB PROTECTION OFF IF YOUR KID WANT APP JUST GET THEM THAT AND IF WANT THEM TO HAVE PROTECTION ON THE PHONE JUST GO TO PARENTAL CONTROLS ITS WAY BETTER

My 12 year old son had Gabb 4 for a year and has now a Gabb 4 plus phone. This has been a great first phone for him. I am happy with the parental controls and location tracking. I like that it notifies me when he enters and leaves "safe zones" (school). My son is happy with the new apps he can access. I do wish the battery lasted longer. And my main complaint is that Kanye West's songs are available in Gabb Music.

Both of our high school boys have this phone, which is suitably designed for teens aged 14-18. No social media, and only approved apps with vigorous monitoring. Alerts us to inappropriate content, text messages, and allows us to filter any content for their safety. We love how advanced the content filtering is, and it allows us to detect and manage behaviors and the friends they interact with. Keeps our sons safe and accountable. A must have for all households!
