Bought this set, and the dollhouse, best things ever, love searching for the qr codes, now just need to get all the purrfect rooms to fill her dollhouse up to its full potential. Daughter is obsessed with the show, would love to get her everything from gabbys dollhouse.

My toddler has been playing with it for days as it has a sink, refrigerator, dish rack and stove so it provides with hours of entertainment as they enact what they see daily in the kitchen.The assembly was easy took about 30 mins or so. The parts are not small so its pretty safe for toddlers or kids aged 3 plus. It has about 20 accessories like pot,utensils, pan , salt and pepper shakers so cooking is really fun for the little ones. It is interactive and has different phrases to keep them engaged while using the different functions.Also a nice shelf to display kitchen you food .This will be a great gift for Christmas or birthdays for toddlers. Gabbys doll house kitchen encourages creativity and teaches them some cool kitchen skills . Its a good size and light weight to easily use it for outdoor play in summer or indoor play for winter.

Kids can have so much fun playing with multiple kitchen accessories and parts. And if the accessories aren't enough, there are also 20 sounds and phrases as well. It is just over 3 ft tall. This is a must have for Gabbys Dollhouse fans. You can create toy food masterpieces. It is so cute with cat themed items. There is lots of room and items to play with. This play kitchen has endless opportunities for play and fun. It was easy to build with instructions and no need for tools other than screwdriver for batteries. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got a special free surprise for my baby girl. My daughter has been asking for awhile for her very own kitchen, so she can make her own meals. Ive been trying to convince her that we have a kitchen already but she was still eyeing one for her own in the toy aisles. But to our surprise, Belle got selected for Gabbys Dollhouse Cakeys Kitchen Set. She was definitely a happy child, and her smile was priceless. So of course some assembly is required, and I do recommend an adult to help. Everything was pre-wrapped with wrapping paper, which for Belle she loved unwrapping every since part. It was tricky at first since we didnt realized that the instructions where hidden under some of paper and sticker accessories. Please dont assume you can do it without the instructions, my husband and I had to go back on steps since we sped up and realized errors. Once built Belle, started to get into her cooking, and showing her parents her cooking skills. There were a few accessories that helped with her cooking. She could cook a grilled cheese sandwich, a peanut butter and jam sandwich, a veggie sandwich, she could change the sandwich recipe depending on whats was on her mood. She could crack an egg to a pan, or boil it in a pot .It also came with a carton of milk and a box of pasta (but no pasta noodles included). I do love the accessories that it comes with; it came with a salt and pepper shaker, and a cook book. But I think I would like it to come with a few more food accessories so she can go a little past and make a few food combinations. What we noticed and loved were all the little details, from inside her fridge, to her food shelves, the pictures on her fridge, and the book holder for her recipe book to be placed. It does come with a little cakey cat that does have a few phases to encourage my daughter with cooking and she likes pressing it to see what new message he will say next. Her stove does have a sizzle, and boiling sound when you turn the cooking dials. The sink doesnt make any sounds, but I doubt think my daughter minds. She loves flipping her food with her spatula, and presenting her food creations to her mommy, daddy and her toys. My 6 year old daughter was in absolute heaven when it arrived. She adores Gabby's Dollhouse and her favorite game to play is make believe kitchen, so this was literally a dream come true toy for her. She loves everything about it! It is sturdy, user friendly, fun, and bright, and was SO easy to set up. My daughter loves how the stovetop dials make cooking noises like the pan is sizzling, or water boiling. It is so cute that it comes with a large size Cakey figure that is interactive when you place her on the shelf. My daughter loves to hear Cakey talk to her while they bake. She even sings along with Cakey while cooking. The little cook book is a really nice touch and she can follow the picture directions and plate things beautifully. There are so many little details and accessories down to the egg that can crack open, salt and pepper shakers, the milk carton, and cat shaped breakfast treats. It also comes with a pot and pan, and utensils. I would definitely recommend this kitchen set for any child who loves Gabby's Dollhouse, playing make believe, or helping mom in the kitchen. I asked my daughter if she had any complaints at all and the only thing she came up with is that the oven is sold separately and she wants to get that next! The kids and their friends are having so much fun playing with this and it is keeping them busy for hours! The kitchen can be enjoyed by anyone regardless of whether or not they have seen the show. We love that it comes with a little Cakey Cat figure from the Netflix show. It comes with 23 pieces/accessories including a toy pot, pan, spatula, cup, food pieces and more. Everything is really high quality except for the cardboard milk carton that keeps coming undone and being creased/dented. The 11 cakey phrases and 2 cooking sound effects really make it special and help bring it to life. There is a sizzling frying pan sound when you turn one of the knobs on the stove and a water boiling sound when you turn the other. The sounds and accessories combined really allow a child to get immersed and let their imagination run wild. The play set comes with a small recipe book that shows combinations of the make-believe food that can be combined together to make a "meal". It is the perfect size! The box says over 3 feet tall but doesn't say the exact height. It's not too big and not too small. It's small and light enough that I can easily move it to different rooms. We even brought it outside for a bit (if you do this remember to not leave it outside because some of it is cardboard and rain will ruin it). It's simple to put together without any tools (except a screwdriver to put in the batteries) everything snaps together and is very sturdy once assembled. It did take me 30 minutes to put together so it's best to assemble this before giving it to your kids (probably while they are sleeping). The set has no small pieces therefore no choking hazards and things won't get lost as easily. Overall this is an excellent quality play set that any child would love to have.

They are colourful, sturdy, and fun to play with. She enjoys playing with all the characters and using her imagination to get creative cooking in the kitchen especially the cabinet doors can be opened and closed! Also the little QR code that directs you to a website where my daughter could play Gabby's Dollhouse games, etc. is a very welcome bonus. It is a combination of mixed-media arts and edutainment. I think all kids love it so much!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Following on the huge Netflix success of Gabby's Dollhouse, this line of toys is consistently a big hit, with this kitchen being no exception. Assembly was a little tricky (I didn't initially notice the instruction booklet in one of the bags - whoops!), but I managed to make do just from the picture on the box. It's also light enough to be moved from room to room, or set aside when cleaning. I was impressed with how sturdy the final product was, with all the pieces well-made and fitting well together. A lot of these sorts of branded kitchen sets end up being junky and poorly made, wobbly, etc., so this one was such a welcome and appreciated surprise. My experience with Spinmaster-produced toys has been consistently good, as all their products have really proven to be high quality. This kitchen is a great size for kids around 3 and up (about 3 feet high), makes a number of sounds and phrases (using 3 AAA batteries which aren't included), and comes with a few kitchen staples (frying pan, plate, cutlery, utensils, etc.). Most of all, we couldn't get over how ADORABLE this set is! The colours are vibrant and complementary, and the overall cat theme (right down to the pieces of toast and salt and pepper shakers) is beyond cute. This kitchen is perfect for playing house and includes all the right details to make it more realistic, from a drying rack to a fridge that opens/closes, to a cookbook stand. It also integrates with the Bakey with 'Cakey' Oven, which is sold separately but would make an excellent gift to add on to this set at a later date. The only issue my girls had with this was the fridge mechanism - it can be a little difficult to open and close the fridge (i.e. to actually get it to unlatch/latch in the plastic tab), and seems to require two hands: one to hold the structure still and the other to handle the fridge pull. Other than that, this is really a stand-out toy and would make a perfect "big-item" gift for the upcoming holiday season! I #gotitfree to try through Butterly and the Family Rated Club.

My daughter's have been playing with this adorable play kitchen since they received it, and they've actually been getting along! This kitchen stands just over 3 feet tall, comes with 23 of cutest little kitchen accessories, and includes 20+ sounds & phrases. Each accessory has a cute little cat pattern, and even comes with a little recipe book! It was extremely easy to assemble, and took about less then 30 minutes! It requires 3 AAA batteries; which we always have on hand, and the only tool needed was a small star screw driver to open the battery compartment. The quality is amazing, and this kitchen has literally kept my girls busy for hours! It's absolutely the cutest when they show me the creations they made. They're so proud of themselves. It also works with the Bakey with 'Cakey' Oven which is not included, but since they love the kitchen so much we are in the process of purchasing one for our daughters birthday. We definitely recommended this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a hit the pavement running kind of person when it comes to toy assembly and will just start putting the pieces together without consulting an instruction manual. With the Gabbys Doll House, I dont recommend it as once you put the pieces together its very difficult to remove them. I positioned one of the legs backwards and not able to remove the piece. Its a little frustrating, but not a huge deal at the end of the day as the dollhouse still functions just the shelf is a bit wobbly. I consulted the instruction manual after the fact while going through the bag of stickers/decals. I wish the manual was a bit more accessible as I honestly didnt think one existed. It mightve saved me a bit of time at the end of the day. Its such a lovely toy and very interactive. It comes with all the basic tools for interacting in the kitchen-pot, pan, cutlery, cups, salt and pepper shaker etc. The fridge door opens as well. Its a perfect toy for spending quality time with your kids in the kitchen. Gabbys Dollhouse takes AAA batteries as there are interactive sounds when you press Cakey or operate the stove dials. You can still operate the toy and get a lot of benefits without having the sounds, but it is a nice added benefit being able to turn the stove on and off. Its a really well thought out toy. I wish I had a toy like this when I was a kid.

We have received a meow-tastic toy for our daughter to try and play: the a-meow-zing Gabbys Dollhouse Cook with 'Cakey' Kitchen Set. Such a fun kitchen set to built and play! All the 23 kitchen pieces were nicely paper wrapped inside the box, giving her another play experience even before the kitchen is built. She had fun to unbox each of the pieces like Gabby at the beginning of each episode of the Gabby's Dollhouse. Our daughter was so excited and yelled out with excitement: "I Wonder What's inside!" There were many "Ooh!" "Aah!" "Wow!" And "Yay!" making the whole unboxing moment priceless. She said the best unboxing moment was when she unwrapped Cakey the Cat, who is the white cat-cupcake from Gabby's Dollhouse and namesake of the Cakey Series. This extremely sweet and friendly cupcake has the talent for making goodies. It was very easy to set up, even our 6 years old daughter can do it with minimal assistance. It took her total of 32 minutes to fully assemble the kitchen. Really love the spring loaded hinge on the refrigerator door. As typically that would be where the toys break first. Impressed on this very clever design. The kitchen set is so adorable and cute. It has a lots of area to store play kitchen accessories. When turning the knobs, you can hear boiling water sound, sizzling sounds, and when pressing Cakey Cat onto the recipe booklet stand at the middle, it comes our with 20+ cool sounds, tunes and phrases from Cakey Cat. As a Gabby's Dollhouse fan and cat enthusiast, our daughter loved to play with this interactive kitchen set guaranteeing hours and hours of fun with her imagination where she was able to cook up a variety of culinary masterpieces with Gabby and Cakey Cat. If you scan the QR Code from the box you can also download the free Gabby's Dollhouse app to extend the play. The only cons I can think of is that each cardboard backing was a bit difficult to slide or snap behind inner clips, wish the big images and backing was made of plastic. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were pleasantly surprised to receive the Cakey Kitchen Set for review. We expected a small playset, so when the big box arrived, my daughter was even more excited. A fair bit of assembly is required, but saying that, my daughters (age 6 and 9) did almost all of it by themselves. The details are so thought out, and perfectly reflective of Gabby's dollhouse - from cute 'pictures' on the fridge, to cat shaped items, to a fun kitchen menu. My daughter has spent a lot of time playing kitchen with it each day, inviting guests to come to her restaurant and watch her cook their chosen meal. My only complaint would be that a couple of the food items are made of cardboard, so I am not sure how long they will last. This is a great set, that although large doesn't take up too much space, and provides a lot of enjoyment and learning for children.

We hardly buy toys for our kids so when this giant box arrived, it was like Christmas in August and perfect timing too, as we are 7 episodes into Gabbys Dollhouse on Netflix! Kids Review: my 4 and 7 year old played at it non-stop for about 3 hours. The photo I have here is taken by my 4yo with the caption Im cooking like mommy! They absolutely love the stove knobs, which were so real like, and the Cakey voices. Its a bit tight for 2 kids to play together but its also a good time to learn to share. The fridge on the side is now stacked with every food toy we have, and even with the door opening and closing for 1000 times, its still holding. The Cakey figure is definitely the most popular item, and like you see in the photo, poor Cakey has been cooked and grilled many times now. The kids are asking for a sprinkle party (like in the show), maybe we will hold off on that. Adult Review: At first glance, it looked a bit intimidating to put together the kitchen set (luckily I did it after bedtime so I could actually focus). The instructions were hidden in the play cardboard package, my only comment is it would be nice to have it in color. I found the instructions a bit hard to read and figure out which pieces go where in black and white. The material quality overall is okay, with the exception of a small hinge (see photo in my IG post) that took quite a bit of muscle to get the two pieces clicked. The kitchen set has been rough played and is still standing so the overall quality is good. It took me about 30 minutes to put the set together. I am most impressed by the fridge door (see photo in my IG), that mechanism to click shut the door hinges and to release it is truly amazing (and safe!) like I mentioned earlier, the fridge door has been opened 1000+ times and is still doing great! Even I wanted to play with it! The Cakey Cat Kitchen is amazing and beautiful, the height is perfect for a child under 8 and it gives enough room to add your own kitchen toy collection (lets face it, we all have lots of those). The sound and Cakey phrases are so true to the TV show and my kids are just loving it. Really love the set, and from what I can tell, the kids will be playing this every day for a very long time!

So you can imagine her excitement when a Gabbys Dollhouse Cakey Kitchen set from spinmaster arrived. We were given the opportunity to play with this beautiful toy, and its already a fan favourite. To start I need to say this was a breeze to put together. Took a little longer because I had a helper. Included with it are a variety of accessories & utensils. It stands at just over 3 feet tall, which I was a little worried about as we have limited space, however its much narrower than other play kitchen and takes up a lot less space than I anticipated. It includes 20 sounds and phrases that are activated by pushing a button or turning various knobs. Most importantly it has an off switch. She was quite happy to play without the sound though, so if sound isnt your thing, just dont put batteries in it and never show them the on switch in the back.

The amazing part is that once we downloaded the app on her tablet, she is much more intrigued and makes amazing play food. Since the schools offer a play kitchen set-up, it is wonderful to have the kids start early and get some practice in. Some pieces are small, therefore, it would be better to keep an eye out on the kids while they are playing especially if you have smaller kids. The instructions to put together the kitchen was super helpful. The phrases and the songs are a good addition as it encourages the child to repeat and remember the words. I would definitely recommend it for the child.

Cakey is super cute and sits and watches as she cooks up all kinds of magical creations. Kitchen sounds from tiring knobs or pressing stove top, playful comments and sounds. There is an adorable cookbook, bright and colourful utensils, plastic and cardboard play foods. There is room to add on additional foods to create even more fun. This is a bright, well constructed toy, and easy to assemble (about 10 minutes). Its takes 3 AAA batteries not included and you need a Philips screwdriver to open the compartment. No other tools required.
