I've been using this Island Fresh scent of Gain detergent for over 6 years now. It cleans my laundry very well every time. I use it as a stain treatment, too, and it really gets everything out that i would expect. It saves me money as the price is more affordable. The scent it leaves behind in my laundry is beautiful without being overwhelming. I really like the 1.2 gallon size container with its bulb to release the soap into the measuring cup. It's nice to just set it on its side, top of my dryer to dispense the soap. This soap was recommended to me by my daughter, and now I recommend it to others. Our house is definitely a Gain house.

I absolutely love the scent of Island in my laundry! It's my personal favorite, and not just because I happen to live on an Island. This incredible fragrance not only effectively cleans your clothes, but also leaves them smelling so fresh and clean, as if they were just washed right next to the ocean! And the best part? Unlike other detergents, there's no build-up or residue left behind. It simply does its job perfectly, making you want to constantly sniff your clothes all day long. Well, at least that's how I feel about it!

The product is not good I buy liquor I buy softener I buy dry sheets and I buy the little balls my clothes do not smell fresh and I keep buying this product because it used to smell great now something is not good about it

Not only does this detergent, fabric softener and dryer sheets smell amazing it also cleans everything from sauce stains to grease! I love love love this product! Please don't ever get rid of this scent! It's so comforting to crawl into my bed at nice and smell like the beach ;) My husband loves the smell as well!

My family loves this scent. I have not been able to find any other detergent or fabric softener that even comes close to replacing the Island Fresh line of product. Miss it like crazy! and would love to be able to purchase it again. =)

I'm sensitive to smells and have sensitive skin as well and this is the only detergent and fabric softener I don't have an issue with smell or irritating my skin. Please don't discontinue this scent in any of the products: detergent, fabric softener, dryer sheets ect.

I LOVE the Island Fresh scent! I have had so much trouble finding the detergent and fabric softener in the past few months. I saw another review saying it was discontinued. I sure hope this is not true!! I do not care for the other scents, not even the original.

Discontinuing this scent is heartbreaking!!! I was told by one of your reps it was only the Fireworks that would be discontinued in Island Fresh, but it is now being discontinued across the entire line of Gain products. Please please PLEASE bring this back. Get rid of the moonlight scent or anything else, just not this!!

This is my absolute favorite Gain scent. It’s not over powering and reminds me of a beach vacation. I’ve used it for years. I’m very upset that I can no longer find it in fabric softener or dryer sheets. I hope again will start selling these products again and not discontinue Island Fresh!!!

I love Gain! I wanted to branch a little bit when it comes to other scents. I wanted to like this detergent, but this specific one just did not cut it for me. The scent is phenomenal, but as for sudsing, nothing. I just bought this jug the other day and I have already use over half of it. Every single load, there was no suds. I think in the future I will be using the pods instead of the liquid. Really disappointed.
