How can this be called Be'f Broth flavored. There is nothing in the ingredients that mentions beef flavored. A friend of mine bought 2 of these boxes and if I was company I would be embarrassed to put Be'f on the front of the package. Never again will I purchase this product. It has canola oil in it and yeast extract to make it flavorful, sugar, natural flavors but doesn't tell you what it is. My mother would say, "What kind of fake beef broth is this.

It’s so hard to find vegetarian beef base or broth in the stores. So when I saw this I scooped it right up. I thought this came VERY close to beef stock, not a perfect match but I can’t be too picky with limited options. However this has been removed from every store shelf I’ve visited in the last month with a note that states the distributer requested it to be removed. Please bring it back! This has been essential to our favorite dishes!

With this I am able to make recipes that use beef broth. This is really good I used it to make french onion soup and it came out really good. I definitely recommend this.

I’m prefer the broth concentrate where I can be more in charge of the balance of water (more) and broth (less) for my sodium intake.

I loved this, it had a great flavor and I can not wait to try the chicken one! I will absolutely be purchasing this product, and it will be a pantry staple in my house from now on. Great for cooking rice, soup, rehydrating vegan soy crumbles, the possibilities are endless, and full of flavor!

Also, I'm only cooking for myself, so I'm highly unlikely to prepare large portions of meat even when I do eat it. Other Gardein products have been tasty and convenient to prepare, and I was pleased the Be'f broth was too. I used it in a pot of three bean chili and found it provided a rich flavor.
