Q: how are these 5 net carb? you take total carbs minus fiber which would be 11 carbs for one.

A: I'm assuming it's because of the sugar sub. as sugar alcohols ususally those counts are listed for some reason they are not

Q: What makes them 5 carbs? The math is not mathing. What other than fiber are they subtracting? This is important to people on keto or atkins. Please make this make sense or is this false information?

At some point in time they started using several inorganic phosphates in this product. As someone who has to avoid phosphates for health reasons, this is very upsetting. I thought I had checked the label multiple times. Please stop putting this in our foods! We literally know higher serum phosphate levels are associated with mortality. Another thing I can’t eat.

I have mixed feelings about this one. The first time I tried it, I put it in a bowl with a little halo top and some nuts. At that time it tasted good and reminded me a bit of banana bread. The second time I had it, I just had one by itself. Omg that was like night and day. It just came off like strong fake sugar and nothing else. My bf tried one without me saying anything and oddly enough he loved the plain one and also said it was like banana bread. I’ll have the rest when I do ice cream but I’ll stick to the chocolate raspberry one next time. Overall, it doesn’t taste anything like a cinnamon roll. If you want a sort of cinnamon bread though this will do. Perhaps if you make your own icing/frosting it would be more cinnamon roll like.

I’ve cut out everything non-organic, processed, etc. and I eat a very strict and homemade diet, but for a processed food item, this brand actually does a really great job; no terrible ingredients, no hidden or synthetic sugar. And these taste really good. I don’t have them very often, but once in a blue when I’m in the mood for something quick and sweet, this is a go-to “junk food” snack for me that I don’t have to feel guilty about. I love this and the spinach frittata one. Ingredient wise, that one is slightly healthier than this one. But for processed foods, it doesn’t get much cleaner than this, I really like this brand. I also really like that they use allulose instead of a fake low cal sweetener like aspartame. Good quality.

I LOVE these! So happy there’s a keto dessert that doesn’t taste like straight artificial sweetener or eggs. If you’re looking for something more like a dessert you could add your own keto cream cheese frosting or whipped cream. I like them as is with some butter.
