And we're extra proud of these ones because they're designed and made by us right here in Vermont! Smooth, beveled edges prevent splinters and bump-induced bruises; an extended top lip gives you a place to rest your mug, gloves, tools, and seeds; aluminum reinforcements inside the corners prevents soil and plant roots from pushing them apart; decorative cross-pieces add extra structure; and the 14" planting depth means you can grow deep-rooted veggies or even add a trellis! Plus, it's handcrafted from cedar. Over time, the cedar will age to a silvery gray color - or you can apply our Cedar Garden Bed Oil (sold separately) to preserve and extend its natural color. Air- and water-permeable fabric liner included.

We had an existing cedar box and wanted to expand. These boxes are well made and easy to assemble. One of the boxes was torn up so we have a small ding in one rail, but that's a shipping issue.
I would buy these again.

The only downside is that you have to seal the wood yourself if you want to extend the life. It it also not the chepest garden bed on the market. But they are beautiful!

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because there were a few notches in the wood so it wasn't perfect. Also, I did not get the liner that it was advertised to have. But it looks pretty good, I hope it lasts a long time.

Easy install. We were done in less than 2 hours. Easy to fill and perfect size for space.
