This is 100% a garlic aioli. This is not a dip. It would be good on a burger, sandwich, wrap etc. It has a mayonnaise consistency. While the taste is good, I wouldn’t recommend it as a dip.

I love rolling up meat in flatbread or tortillas and dipping it in garlic dip. My favorites are Trader Joe's, Toom, Aldi, and a couple others which are thick and powerful. But I ate some of this and threw the rest away. Most others have a consistency like mayonaise, with a strong garlic flavor with a bit of lemon and salt. But this has the consistancy of Cool Whip, and is rather bland.

This is a great dip for calamari, Greek kabobs, or Persian dishes, offering a refreshing alternative to mayonnaise or sour cream-based dips. It has nice fluffy texture.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality is disputable. While I did like the taste, which was true to the label, lemon, sea salt and garlic, I did not like that it gave me diarrhea. I immediately had to go to the bathroom after consuming it with a bag of ripples potato chips and it was not a very pretty sight. It appears as though it is meant to be eaten with other types of food that would enable one to hold their bowel waste as normal. In other words, I think it’s not meant to be eaten as a stand-alone with a bag of chips, it’s meant to be eaten with other foods simultaneously that will enable one to not have to run to the bathroom immediately. I received an incentive to write this review.

I LOVE this dip but it is always out! :( My local store always advertises that it is available & allows you to purchase it then it is almost always cancelled. Only one time I was surprisingly able to get this item. It is very delicious - definitely garlicky. If you don't like that then maybe don't order something called garlic dip. It has a nice hint of lemon and a great, light consistency. I have used it as both a dip & as an add in to sauces for burgers & sandwiches, along with as a standalone dip for grilled chicken. I really wish it weren't so hard to get this item & that people who don't seem to like garlic are getting this item & giving it bad reviews. Please just give this item a fair chance for the people who actually do like it & put it/keep it on the shelves!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good and Gather Garlic Dip is pretty good. You can definitely taste the garlic and lemon. I would not say it is really creamy, it is more of a yogurt consistency. I was disappointed about this because I really love the garlic toum served at my favorite Middle Eastern restaurant. I would buy it again if I neee garlic dip for a dish because it is tasty, convenient and a good price. I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This garlic is a pleasant surprise. It does taste like garlic and the lemon provides nice acidity. I heated up some pita to try it out and I was very happy it didn’t get all runny when it sat on the warm bread. I think this is going to be the new go-to dip for parties. It will go great with vegetables and for a light garlic spread for Italian dinner night. I’m very much looking forward to getting this again. I received an incentive to write this review.

I thought it would be a bit more like hummus, and it had a texture similar to yogurt. Once I got a couple bites in I really liked the taste a lot- it is very garlicky which I love. It tastes great with crackers! You just have to know going into it that it’s going to be more of a liquid dip. I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not bad. It definitely tastes garlicky with a lemon zest. It’s not an instant garlic flavor and tastes pretty similar to a clove of roasted garlic. The consistency reminds me of a Greek yogurt or a yogurt dip or tahini type of dressing. This is definitely better cold than warm or room temperature. I would maybe get this again for a dinner party but likely not for everyday I received an incentive to write this review.

This must be new because I'd never seen it before! Really good dip for garlic lovers! A little too much lemon in my opinion though
