I love seasoning don’t get me wrong but this thing was HORRIBLE! It was EXTREMELY over seasoned and ruined the meal entirely. I also cooked it according to its instructions, the thing was tough as a rock! Absolute waste of money.

Agreeing with another reviewer, this roast slow cooked on low for 9 hours with an inside temp of nearly 200 degrees, so it was fully cooked, but the color of the meat is purple/dark red inside. Very odd. And the primary taste is overwhelming black pepper instead of a savory onion & garlic. Yuck. Won't purchase again.

Absolutely inedible. After following cooking directions, the meat was tough and purple. We love making roasts, but this was honestly disgusting. We had to toss it immediately.
