Long time user dating back from Fenix 3HR, Fenix 5, Fenix 6 Pro Solar, and now Fenix 7 Pro. Not much changed for me on 6 Pro Solar to 7 Pro. However, I just felt compelled to change it as it finally supports multi language (I was struggling with notification area as half of it was Korean... make the watch much less usable day to day). As someone who like to track workout and lifestyle metrics, this is as good as it gets. Will OLED version ever have solar panel? That would be my next step if it ever does.

The watch works great for the different activities I perform like running, biking, swimming, hiking, skiing. The operation sometimes it gets a little tricky as there are too many options and some of them change with updates. There are some measurements like the FTP in biking that GARMING makes no sense. This is a software issue that affects multiple products not just the Fenix 7.

My wife bought this for me as a Christmas gift. The watch is so helpful that it evens sends me stock quotes. My only disappointments are that i cannot find the treadmill and cardio options and that is very important to me. Also I found out that the solar function does not help charge the watch until you reach a certain amount of light each day. I still like the watch though.

Having the watch for a few months now, I am still finding new things that it can do. I was worried at first not knowing how comfortable it was going to be. But now I don't even notice it. It is not too bulky while on the wrist either. Looking forward to using it more with all of the available modes.

I bought this almost a month ago. I upgraded from vivoactive 4. Battery holds 14-16 days with my settings - I am supper happy about that. I really like improved health insights. I choose fenix 7pro instead of fenix 8 because of screen and longer battery life.
