Garmin Instinct 2S Smartwatch

I bought it 2 months ago. In the swimming mode it doesn't measure my heart rate. I tried all I could but wasn't able to fix it.5

I received this watch for Christmas. I love the battery life, which is much more than the Forerunner 35 I had. I love how it gives me a better understanding of my body with 24/7 health monitoring. There's a lot of features that I'm still learning. This watch is tough and rugged, perfect for any adventure!

This watch has been exactly what I hoped it would be. I was looking for primarily a fitness tracker, and wanted something small enough to leave on and track sleep. It has been great that way, and measures and performs flawlessly. I would just caution anyone that is looking at this watch to be cognizant of the size. It is much smaller than the Instinct 2, and as a result, a bit more difficult to read. for me, the size was a priority, but that is something to be aware of . Final statement => Great performance!

Great watch only complaint is band is pretty small

Saya membeli garmin tahun lalu di Urban Republic MOG Malang, service center jauh dari lokasi tempat tinggal saya. Beberapa hari saya pakai saya mengalami step counter sangat tidak akurat. Krn service center jauh saya kesampingkan keluhan saya, desember 2024 saya mengalami maslah pada batrei, berkurang sangat cepat. instinct 2 di iklan bisa bertahan 2 minggu tp hanya bertahan beberapa hari saja. Akhirnya saya kirim ke service center TAM ternyata jam saya out garansi, jadi tidak bisa klaim garansinya.... kecewa banget nama besar garmin ternyata hanya seperti ini....

After my other tracker product died yet again, I wanted to give Garmin a try. I set up the watch easily enough and got it set how I wanted it, then was very disappointed that the band was way too small. I am now shopping for bands, otherwise this awesome product will have to go back. So bigger people beware, when will companies learn that not all of us are "smaller?"

I bought this 3 weeks ago after making a decision to depart a different brand ecosystem that I had been a part of for nearly a decade. Best decision I have ever made!! Let's start with the bad. My 1 star downgrade is actually due to the watch band, as after 2 weeks it did begin to cause a rash, and that's with my cleaning under it all daily, but I've since swapped to a nylon fabric band that I hope will solve this issue. Now the good. The useability of this watch is amazing! The screen is always visible from the brightest sunlight to the darkest night. I really like the physical buttons as I've had trouble with the button free experience on other watches, particularly after a workout trying to end an exercise. The built-in GPS is wonderful allowing me to even break free from my phone for moments of uninterrupted focus. The app is overwhelming with data, I do wish there were a few more "guided" views to help a novice digest it all. But I will take the hit on me for not knowing about all those data points yet and am already understanding more about how to use them than I did at the start. All the other features from silent alarms, to countdown timers, to the stopwatch feature, are easily accessible, friendly to use, and provide reliable utility of sports watches that we've all come to rely on. Looking forward to my journey with Garmin!

My son wanted a Garmin watch for Christmas and I am a savy shopper. I checked every website for the watch and once again found Target to have the best deal. I ordered it and it came within a few days. My son couldn't be happier with his gift.

I am really like all the data about my body, day, sleep, etc. that it gives me. Also, I have seen a lot of watches lately that are way oversized... I am glad this is not one of those.

Genuinely the best watch I’ve ever used, including even other Garmins. Blows apple watch out of the water, and I like the compact size compared to some of the larger Garmins. Features are great, has everything you need for general health/lifestyle to actual training data. Expedition mode is great for multiple day hikes. Literally cannot recommend enough, I will wear this watch until it breaks, then buy the exact same thing.

I got this as a Christmas present. A little more than I wanted. I had the little Vivosport 4 and loved it and knew all the features.

I never wanted a smart watch but now I am so glad I have this. The 2s is amazing. I like the small face because the display is clear, customizable, and accurate. The watch takes a beating each day I wear it and never blinks!

I love how easy it was to connect to my phone and to use. I love that it stays charged for days be my Apple Watch that I had to charge daily if not more than once a day.

I got this present for my birthday and I love it so much that I used it every day for all the sports I do. It is a great gift for anyone. I LOVE MINE GARMIN WATCH.

Great features if i use and review everything via my phone, can't really read the screeen

I was looking to replace a Forerunner that didn't have AMOLED with a sturdy Garmin watch and I found it in this one. I have been loving it, It is great for different training activities and amazing for Hiking.

I was a little reluctant about buying this, as it seemed to have information overload. But after getting it, it only took me a few minutes to figure out all the settings, etc. Now, I absolutely love this watch and am glad I purchased it.

I recently switched from a big brand smartwatch to a Garmin, and I couldn’t be happier with the decision. As an avid hiker and someone who stays active, the Garmin is a far better fit for my lifestyle. It offers incredible versatility, countless features, and the battery life is outstanding—I’ve gone over two weeks without needing to charge it. I specifically chose this model because I have a small wrist, and it fits perfectly. I opted out of the solar option for this model due to being unsure how I was going to feel about this watch but will invest in one that is solar that is a higher end option of Garmin eventually. It’s extremely comfortable to wear anywhere, even to sleep. I genuinely enjoy using it, and no matter what, I won’t ever be switching back. The only thing that would make it even better is the addition of an AllTrails widget in the future.
