I love this shampoo! It always leaves my hair so hydrated. I have fine 2C waves/curls and after washing with this shampoo (I don't follow up with a conditioner) I use Garnier's protein spray (the Sleek & Shine 10-in-1) and it leaves me with the most gorgeous waves! That's without my usual spray gel too, say what?! I'm assuming it's the aloe that leaves a residue on my hair, but after letting my hair completely dry it feels great (not to mention my scalp stopped itching). Because it's so moisturizing and my hair is fine/easily weighed down, it's important to me to clarify at least once a week minimum to remove the buildup. I clarify with Pantene's volume shampoo (it really strips my hair) followed by this Garnier shampoo to bring back some moisture. It's a win for me!

If I could I would give a -10 stars, this is the worst product I bought my whole life, I had literally ripped my hair off with the brush or I was going to have to cut it, It made is so tangled that was impossible to brush, really bad knots brush could not handle so I had to rip off some of my hair, I'm so mad at buying this product, Horrible, Horrible, this should not be called conditioner, it should be hair ripper or tangler. made my hair so dry and unable to brush off knots, also I system is not letting me upload pictures of my hair and product.

I LOVE this combo. I have wavy/curly hair and this takes care of it so well. I've tried many different curly products and keep coming back to this. My whole family uses it. The "clean" version definitely works better if that helps!! Highly recommend.

Bought for the price, but I just might stick with it. An oldie but a goodie. My hair was needing to be washed every other day when I can usually go a few more days between washes. My hair randomly began getting super greasy & oily so fast. Tried this & my hair was so clean & soft after one wash!! Plus, it smells so good & fresh!!

I have been using the shampoo and conditioner for several months. I love how clean it makes my hair feel and really allows me to go several days in between washes. ( I have thick, curly, bleached hair). The reason I am rating it so low is how awful it is on my scalp. I have never suffered from dandruff and didn’t start until using these products.

I agree with the reviews. - I wanted a purifying to counteract yellowing I get on my white/silver hair. Purifying shapoos can sometimes leave hair dry, but this leaves my hair with a residue that won't rinse out - greasy, hair left flat, and scalp is suddenly flaky. I have never reviewed a shampoo, but this deserved the time to warn anyone considering to purchase that it it the opposite of purifying! I want my money back.

I have bought many shampoos over the years but never felt compelled to leave a review until now to warn customers not to waste their hard earned money on this product. It would not rinse off in the shower despite extended time trying to get whatever it was out of my hair and my hair felt very oily when wet. After blow drying my hair it feels filthy, looks greasy but dry at the same time. Although it claims to remove residue, it left my hair with a coating of some disgusting residue instead.

I am so upset I could cry. After a few times of use my hair is breaking and falling out! I stopped coloring my hair over a year ago and my hair was so healthy. I was hoping this product would help with discoloration of gray hair. I would not recommend this product to anyone! I am devastated. I never heard of a shampoo that can damage your hair like this. It shouldn't be on the market in my opinion.

I’ve been using this product almost every day for the past year, and at first, it was fine, but after a few bottles and long term use, it has caused my scalp to become very red, scaly, and painfully itchy, and my hair looks very oily/greasy after 1 day of washing. They should also put on the bottle that it is TOO harsh for every day use despite it having "gentle" ingredients in it.

I have very long black Asian hair, past my waist. As well as dry dandruff scalp, but also gets very greasy after a couple days. I've tried many shampoos for dandruff and it always stips my hair of everything, making it super dry. I also have to wash my hair twice in the shower because of my job. I get so much nail dust in my hair, its not even funny and its super gross. I tried this and it made my hair so moisturized. I also love the way it lathers and how its soapy. My hair really does feel clean and it looks so much heathlier afterwards. It makes my hair shine and clean. No, it doesn't look greasy and oily like others say and it doesn't weight my hair down at all either. Doesn't make my scalp itch, and it got rid of all the dust and dandruff in my hair. Lots of times, other shampoos I used, still made my hair feel dirty, and I still see dandruff in my hair after washing it twice. I hope they continue to make this shampoo line. I love it!

I have tried to use this 33.8oz shampoo and conditioner Pure clean because I loved the grow strong. Pure clean is absolutely horrible, made my hair feel greasy, oily, dry, and dirty instead of light and clean. My scalp was dry, sensitive, and cause dandruff. Each day I used it more and more of my hair was coming out in almost clumps! I am very disappointed I wasted my money on the big bottles of pure clean for both the shampoo and conditioner.

Bought this product, I've used it 2 times now with the conditioner and after the day, my hair feels dry and brittle, noticed way more hair in brush after using this product, also my scalp was red after hair was dried (I don't use a hair dryer I let it air dry), no pain or burn or anything like that but definitely not supposed to happen, not going to use this product anymore, I even bought the big bottles to so that kinda sucks
