This stuff really works!! I recently started eating more healthy. The downside to this is I’m bloated all the time and uncomfortable and miserable because my digestive system is getting used to healthy foods as opposed to junk and sugar. I have a friend who's 20 and she's really gassy. Every single food gives her gas. I was having really bad stomach and chest pains bc of gas and these really did the job to get rid of it and helped pretty fast too! I do definitely think I need two to get the job done completely but I much prefer the capsules over having to chew something.
