Very comfortable and rocks smoothly and quietly. I can't give 5 stars because I already have one of these and after a few months of use it started to squeak while rocking which is very annoying.

I bought these as gifts for two tall people (Road Trip and Comfort Pro). The Road Trip sits taller (too tall for myself 5'2" cuts into the back of my legs) than the Comfort Pro, has hard arms and hanging drink holder and a snap to hold it closed. Very comfortable though for taller person who likes the more supportive arms. The Comfort Pro sits a bit lower has carry strap instead and soft cloth arms which built in drink holder. They both were very nice!

This has been my third GCI outdoors chair. They are comfortable, reliable and strong. I love them because you feel secure and dont have to worry about them breaking on you or being uncomfortable after 10 minutes of sitting like all other lawn chairs.

My wife and I bought 2 of these to upgrade our current lawn chairs. They fold up compact to sling over the shoulder so we can carry the myriad of other stuff required for parents of youth sports :-P. I'm 6'2" and fit in the Pro perfectly.

I only gave it a 9/10 because the kickback rocker is my all time favorite. I really like the height of this chair and the shoulder strap that is built in for carrying. My wife and I absolutely love GCI chairs and it's what we primarily use now. You can't go wrong with these chairs! If you are looking to use this chair for sporting events, I think this would be best suited for that. If you are looking for something for sitting around a campfire, I would recommend the kickback rocker. The comfort pro is a bit taller than the kickback, and that is about the only difference. You will love any chair from this company because the rocking action is a game changer!

Honestly I wish I went with a different chair from this brand. This chair is really only comfortable when you can put your feet up on a cooler or something. It’s kind of awkward to sit in.

It really is nice and comfortable, however, I have only had for about 2 months and it's extremely difficult to close and the frame of the arm has already broke. For the price I am paying, this chair should have no problems.
